New laptop - Won't refresh internet pages

I just bought a new dell 1710 vostro and the pages for MLB / Sportsline and sportsinights freeze and do not refresh.

Further sometimes the pages will not even load.

dell sez it's because the lappie is "learning the sites" is that true?

Is there something I can flip to get the refresh mode happening?

I don't know, but I imagine it has nothing to do with your computer. Try a different browser, and/or make sure you get all the windows updates.

hey guys thanks for the input...

I can manually refresh the pages with F5 or a refresh button.

what is happening is pages are either slow to load or they freeze up.

dell is trying to tell me that the computer has a low priority on my net work.

does anyone know how I can change this priority levels?
