You're right it's becoming more & more evident that there's some type of corruption going on here.

Especially with all of the Fantast Sports controversy lately & everyone & their mother with any common sense now knows that it's gambling in the exact same form as sports with both requiring a combination of luck and skill.

Hopefully with many politicians, sports league officials such as Adam Silver & others, and many other groups pushing for it, the plan is to legalize it nationwide where every state follows the same rules, instead of starting with New Jersey only & other states following with different rules & regulations.

More people of all kinds as a whole are pushing for sports betting legalization than ever before.

And if the U.S. govt does not give citizens what they are pleading for, and not comprehend how they can reap the benefits from it financially, then again, it will be crystal clear that there's corruption going on here...

the "Push" is on. - and can't be denied!

Julio Fuentes wrote in his dissent from the August ruling that the two decisions are "precisely the opposite."
The first held that New Jersey could repeal laws against sports betting without violating federal law, while the second held that doing so would violate it.
