I dont post much on here but thought this might work as gamblers sometimes know shady people it might. I am in deep shit many felonies in many states. I neeed to find someone who can make me a new identity so that I can get out the U.S. I am willing to pay for it. I cant even get into Mexico without a passport which I cant get right now. I need an identity which will allow me to get a passport a visa and things of that nature. I am cool with not coming back. I was thinking Cape Town South Africa, but I still need a new identity.

You don't need a passport to get into Mexico. Just drive or walk through from San Diego. No one gets stopped going south, only north.

In other words asking for what you need here has you barking up the wrong tree.
