Mods - I read your rules and regulations post.
It's good to see that you protect posters and do not allow inappropriate content or behavior.
Garbage posts have grown out of control at the forum I used to share plays at, which is why I wandered over to here. Quality breeds quantity (more posters), chaos creates exodus.

I'll post picks and an accurate record. I was the Race and Sports Director of a popular center strip Vegas book and afterwards a consultant to some of the top online houses so I have unique, inside insight to offer on odds, game analysis, facts and myths about traps, fixes, etc.

I think posters should have the right to post a record, or not, it's their choice. But if they do post a record it should be accurate, not false, intended to deceive your viewers. I see that some contributors post the record of other posters. So, as long as these record tracking posts are accurate and numbers-based, and not in the form of personal attacks and juvenile name-calling, this is allowed? I ask because the larger number of site visitors strictly view posts by others (rather than post plays of their own) and are looking to tail or fade posters here, so knowing a poster's record is valuable information to them. But only if it's accurate.

Clarification - since the guidelines state you do not allow inappropriate behavior, would (hypothetically speaking) posting "I put $500 on Temple +3" five minutes before kickoff and then posting "Cancel the play on Temple" forty-five minutes later when they are down 17-0 qualify as inappropriate behavior?
Or would pointing this fact out be considered inappropriate behavior?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Bump for reply.

In case it was taken mistakenly, the question wasn't aimed at you (I read/like your posts.) And no, I don't need someone to answer. I asked the question when I first joined. It was a mostly rhetorical question (minorly interested to see if and how a mod would reply) posed on an internet forum, very insignificant in the scope of life. And in life, the things that matter - family, friends, health, and finances - all are very well.
I'm having fun and always whistling a happy tune.

But if you don't mind, clarify what you're saying with "Do you seriously need an answer?"
Are you saying the behavior example "cancelling" plays 45 minutes later when down 17-0 is obviously inappropriate and goes without saying?

Or, is pointing it out inappropriate?
I asked because some forums have "favored sons" and a "Shoot the Messenger" policy - the poster who points it out gets banned.

Largely irrelvant anyway, just surfing, killing time. But thank you for taking time to reply. Good luck with your play today.
