Rick! How you been crazy man? I heard bad news about you a while back, everything okay with the motocicleta thing? I hope so. You are a good family man, I respect that. So is Mr. Mason. God bless you both.

Are you still at Grano de Oro? Feel free to PM me if you wish.

Cuzcatlan rapes people with interest and asks too much info. Personally, I have really started to like to banking that "Los Panas" do. More options, more competition, and lower costs. Competition in banking allows for lower costs and better benefits. Outside of Latin America, I hear the way to go is Macao.

bdizzle is right, panama banking is way better than CR banking so if you have the chance to use a panama bank instead of a tico bank my advice is go for it, faster, lower fees and better rewards, also HSBC here in CR has bee working great for me, one of these days they put charge on my CC that i havent even use yet and i called them and it only took 2 mins to have it all solved, not even close to aval or BAC or those other shitty banks we have here

What Bdizzle may have actually heard, is that three of the state-owned banks, Banco de Costa Rica, Banco Nacional and Bancrédito are merging their technology platforms; and customers will be able to use branches and ATMs of either.

That may indeed be a reason for a new BCR website.

I'll forgive his naive nonsense about "hearing" a private bank bought one of the state-controlled banks.
