Neteller has worked fine for me. Never used Fire pay.

Neteller is a pretty good service. Easy and very fast. I've used Neteller several times.

I've used firepay exclusively and really like the service. I definitely recommend it. It's a very secure site.

I used Neteller without any trouble for years until the state I live in (Maryland) said no more. I believe MD is the only state to make such a law. Then switched to Firepay and it's worked great too. Both these two companies live by their reputations so I think either's a good bet.
