Florida was awesome. Poker, golf and sunshine - what a country.


I'm still in rehab for the knee. Running 1/4 mile then walking 3/4 mile, for 4 miles about three times a week. Slow but sure. I havent given up on the Dublin marathon in October - wish me luck.
