Need help with downloading

I am trying to download pokerstars onto my computer and this is what comes up...

- The installer has encountered a disc write error. Please ensure that all other applications are closed before attempting installation. Also, insure that the destination drive has sufficient space and that you have the necessary access rights.


Im sorry if this is a stupid question, im sure it is. I am just really bad with computers. I would like to download pokerstars and im getting pissed off! I dont know what to do. If anyone that knows what I need to do to fix this problem I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
