Having Andre Johnson and Anquan Boldin sucks right now, because my WR's are crippled. My RB's are LJ, Bush, Reggie Brown so one can be expendable here. Here's the offer:

I get:
Larry Fitzgerald
Kellen Winslow

He gets:
Reggie Bush
Heath Miller
Reggie Brown (wouldn't play him anyway, would rather put Holmes in)

I'd still have two solid backs, and my WR core when healthy would be insane. Thoughts?

TEs are close to even. You are giving up two good backs for one good WR. You can get way more value. Reggie Bush is a #1 back and Ronnie Brown has more fantasy points than any RB in football. You are getting ripped off.

So I assume you have Ronnie Brown and LJ at RB and are going to trade Reggie Brown?

If that's the case seems a good trade for you in the short term. Bush is a huge gamble and you're getting a a much better TE and Fitzgerald for a mediocre rb. However if you can weather the storm you'll probably do better in the long run by not making the trade. Once you're healthy, Fitzgerald isn't that important but Bush, although a gamble, could put up big numbers later in the year.

More or less yeah. Having Fitzgerald and Boldin later in the year could be huge. Bush has more value than Fitz, but considering my situation it might be a smart move you know?

Disagree with Jake's comment that the TEs in question are about the same. Winslow had 90 recptions compared to Millers 30 last year. Not to mention so far this year KW has about twice as many points as Heath.

That being said I wouldn't trade Reggie Bush right now. Deuce is out and Reggie is the feature back in NO. if anything i'd sell Ronnie brown high. I don't like Fitz at the moment with this QB controversy going on though.

I'd hold off on the trade....but not for the reasons jake gives.

What do you suggest I do roach? Hold onto LJ, Bush, and Brown? Every week is going to be tough to play 2 while one sits the bench.

Agreed with Roach. From a fantasy perspective, Winslow spanks Miller. I've got Winslow on my fantasy team and he's been solid. I think you make the trade. While it's true Bush will get more touches, he's an up and down back in fantasy terms.

He changed the offer last night, now wants to do

Ward
Fitzgerald
Winslow

for

Ronnie Brown
Holmes
H. Miller

I'm upgrading at TE and WR, but obviously a huge downgrade at RB. LJ and Bush should get on track, wouldn't you think? Thanks for all the input guys.

You can get more for the current #1 RB in fantasy football IMO. I think you would be getting the better part of that deal for sure and Brown will definitely tail off, but I just think you can get more for him.
