Need a mods help with Nitrogenbetting please

HeycGuys hope everyone is well after all these years
Love the new layout of the RX


Is there anyone with a connection there I have 360$ in there and all of a sudden there software said I'm not logging in from my same ip that I have had for 15 yrs at least .. anyone have a way to talk to them ? They said I need to log in under my static IP which I did I don't have a proxy never have.. they system is mistaken I know it's a small amount but I would like to get it if possible I'm not sure what else to do to comply with them I have tried it all

Update.. they reinstated me and I'm withdrawing never to return .. not sure if a kid in security didn't know what he was doing and flagged me.. but they didn't even tell me why in sure it was a mistake on there part .. to much stress for sure for 360$ ...

There is a email.. which I did they did not lock me out of acct just locked my small funds there I was talking to them for more then 1 day back and forth and in the OLD days of the RX they used to be able to help with disputes as I remember..
