Welcome to the RX. It's doubtful anyone will come on the forum and give you a name of any local anywhere. This question has been asked many times over. Here's a suggestion however. Go to any local bar that tends to have high volume on the weekends, like sports bars, and you likely can ask the same question and get an answer.

There's a bar in downtown Goshen I used to go to called the Courthouse. Not really big bets, never more than 50, and he only handled regional college football and basketball. This was back in '99, not sure if the guy hangs there anymore as he got promoted (he's a cop).
Not really sure if it helps, to be honest. But it was damn nice to reminisce.
