I have 2 that would be inappropiate for your friend but what the hey. There was a guy that used the name "The Whores", and when you clicked on his team it would show a picture off all the team owner's moms. That could be a little harsh though.
My personal favorite is "Off Twice". It can lead to sticky situations in your league if your not carefull when you bring it up. When somebody asks who you played last week and you then reply that you beat "Off Twice", it is a classic response.
