Indiana vs Maryland on 10/30 by dbm0103

Handicapper Analysis +2
In the previous season we saw a match between these two teams coming at 38 points total, and that included one of the best offense we have seen for IU in recent years. This season the Hoosiers can account for 28 points scored on 4 Big10 games, which is a low performance from all angles. Despite playing teams with better defenses than what Maryland has to offer, the Hoosiers struggle to produce high scores with their current QB, which could drive them to play more conservatively.

On the other hand Maryland averages short of 16 points per game, which is a low production compared to IU. With Indiana's defense rolling and QBs on both teams not finding sufficient aim to drive more touchdowns, the Under is the safest bet for this game.

Have you actually watched either one of these teams play? Looks to me your capping on stats alone which is cool if you can win.

Thanks for the comment. I'm new to the picks world, and I am doing my best to learn and share. This is the reason why I use stats and some other models to define the pick I am going to choose.

I am not able to watch every game for all teams for all leagues all year long. If anyone can, that's awesome, but like most guys I know who enjoy making picks, the majority of information I consume has to do with performance numbers and factors that affect teams like injuries, trades, standings, if home or away, results, ratios, etc.

I hope I can share better quality picks in the future and some of the people here can help themselves.
Cheers!
