I think it shoyuld be national law, along with a national smoking ban. I also feel every state should give 50% of all assets and money to the women in a divorce. Also some noise abatement laws regarding loud music and amature drummers in the garage. Also a ban of cell phones in suvs and golf courses. would like to see a tailgaitg law enforced on drivers who do not keep a 1 length distance per 10mph. that should be strictly enforced.

Seatbelts should have been mandatory since ages everywhere. Yet don't forget that the higher number of injuries and casualties takes place in town accidents. Speed is not the issue here. Speed limits are just too tight.
