I couldn't find one, but must be out there.

I was looking at the last 4 Cup results and there has never been a group that finished 6-6-6-0. (Not a joke... 6-6-6). Basically, one team loses all it's games and the other teams each win 2 games each and lose one game.

However, this must have happened in the past at some point.

Spain is the only team in history to lose Game 1 and then advance to win the Cup. Thus Germany (and -1000 right now to not win it all seems logical) is in a tough spot.

Any sites?

I believe some teams that lost their first game are almost virtually eliminated....

This fits into the question of.... Has a team ever NOT advanced with 6 points?

I think the 6-6-6-0 scenario is the only scenario where that is possible, but I'm probably wrong. Also looked at the last 16 years of Cups and the lowest amount of points a team had that advanced was a minimum of 4 points.

I think you're a bit confused. You are the liberal. Although, I don't think that's by some cognitive election. The media is orchestrated to herd simple-minded people and give them their opinions.

On some things, however, you might consciously do on your own; ie, demand confrontation with police, yell in a theater. Actually, scratch that. That's an instinctive reaction on your part. You can't control it.

So in the end I don't blame you.

Getting back to the original topic. Roll, I'll check out 538. However, their statistical analysis sometimes comes from an emotional, perverted point of view. All you had to do was follow the Trump election and read all the mathematical mumbo jumbo they pull out of their ass even after the election. They have been wrong on virtually everything. And that is because they are starting with a polluted premise or outlook and then are trying to use math to conform to what they want to see.

THanks for the site, btw. It is what I wanted to see.... if, indeed, it is accurate.

Amazingly, Germany lost their first game and they are 41% to finish second.
