Nakolo's question on real estate in Nevada

Nakolo- I saw your question about real estate in Henderson. My parents live in the Green Valley subdivision in Henderson and my Mother works for a home builder out there.

Now would be a great time to buy. Homebuilders just dropped the prices on new homes. If you give me a price range that you are looking at I can give you a subdivision.

I'm a mortgage broker who's thinking of buying atleast one SFR out in Henderson or any of the new developements around town. Aside from connecting with a realator out there, any recommendations on new developing city's / neighborhoods???

Part of the other reason is so I have a legitimate business excuse to be out there while finding time to mosey over to BarbaryCoast for some plays or throwing chips around on the strip.
