I'm on New Mexico and the over. The over is gonna hit by the half, but NM's D aint lookin to good. Still very early though.

guys you need to relax. it is only in the 2nd quarter and it is 21-13.it is nuts how many of you count teams out so quickly especially in bowl games where anything can happen!! relax...it's not like Navy is that great and the spread is only 2.5.

All the WEATHER CHASERS hammered to total from 40 down to 37. It never fails, whenever that happens, the game inevitably goes over.

What people don't realize is wet, bad footing hurts the defense as well as the offense, possibly even more, since the defender has to suddenly change directions while the offensive player is already going full steam. Fumbles as equally good for the over as for the under, it just depends on where the offensive fumbles (closer to own end or on other end). Total crap shoot, IMO.

If New Mexico starts to shut down the run, they can easily come back and win by 10-20 in the second half. All Navy can do is run. So far N. Mexico isnt stopping them at all. Its really amazing

that is all Navy can ever do is run but it is easier said than done to stop them!. I am surprised N. Mexico is having so much difficulty as they have a solid run defense and they are familar with this option as air force runs it.

I have N. Mexico. I always get the teams that try for two-point conversions IN THE FIRST HALF!!!
That is my No. 1 pet peeve. Don't coaches realize that you don't give away points? Now they will go for two from now on. What difference is 24-21 or 24-20 in the first half??
I swear, no one should try two-point conversions until there is four or less minutes to go in the game--unless you are down by 24 or 16 and then only go for it in the late stages of the third quarter or beyond.

i am not watching the game but what happened to New Mexicos top RB. I just looked at yahoo and only 8 carries for 5 yards. did he get hurt???

and yeah if you cant get in at 4th & 1 at the goaline against Navy you are not going to do much.....thats for sure. ..

NM's stud back got hurt early in the game, that really killed them.

The 4th and 1 play certainly didn't help, though it looked like a TD on the replay. Either way NM would've gotten the ball back with great field position had the moron on the D Line not lined up in the neutral zone on 3rd and five.
