Chivas USA vs KC Wizards - MLS Saturday - great looking bet here on Chivas USA. KC were horrible last night in Chicago playing without the league's top defender, Jimmy Conrad, who will miss for a while. His backup, Raybould, picked up a red card in Chicago wo their central defense is in miserable shape which is bad news when their about to face Ante Razov, JP Garcia, and Paco Palencia. Chivas USA have left a lot of point on the table lately with a string of 4 draws in 5 games but we can attribute some of that to fatigue. Not only did they play 6 MLS games in just 25 days in July but they also has some friendly and cup matches mixed in. They've had a nice break lately though, playing just twice since July 26 and will face a reeling KC team. KC have 1 win in 11 matches and have failed to score in 6 straight road games. While they have talented forwards they lack any creative midfielder and now weak in central defense, which has been their strongest attribute. As I've mentioned many times only one team playing their 3rd match in a week vs a rested team has covered a HC, and that was the Fire at home against RSL. Very hard to see past a home win and I'll stake accordingly. Chivas USA 6.5/10 @2.07 (10bet, 2.06 pinn) ... $650/695.50

I didn't realize Jimmy Conrad wasn't playing last night. I wouldn't have bet on the under 2.5 if I had done my homework.

Conrad is out until mid-Sept with a broken jaw. In the NE/KC match he and Dempsey went up for a ball and Dempsey knocked him out with an elbow and is suspended for the next 2 games.

Parana vs Sao Caetano - probably the largest bet I'll have in Brazil this year as prices have moved drastically in favor of my favorite betting team, Parana. Sao Cae are on a great run of 9 without a loss and welcome new coach Gusmao for this match. I find them to be an average team, at best, and attribute most of their recent success due to the schedule which has seen them play mostly average, or below average, clubs like Vasco, Santa Cruz, Ponte, and Botafogo. Their 2-0 win vs Santos looks good on paper but they were badly outplayed at home and gifted two late penalties. They'll be without very important Canindé and Daniel and the coach has decided to leave out top striker Diego Tardelli. Parana are full and are as impressive as any club right now in Brazil, 7-1-1 last 10.They lead the league in goals, nearly 2 per game, and are strong in the Pinheirãot hough a terrible history against Sao Cae, 1-2-5 7/15. Sao Cae will not be a top-10 team come year's end while Parana are rightfully top 5. Great value now on the home win...I liked it at 1.75 and love it at 1.90+. Parana 8/10 @1.962 (pinn) 800/770

Toluca vs Queretaro - well, not really sure who the hell is betting on Gallos Blancos but they must have money to burn. I was leaving this match alone at -1.25 goals but now it has insanely moved to -3/4. Toluca are, IMO, probably around 8-10 in the league while Queretaro are dead last. If you follow Mexican football you know how strong Toluca are at home and with Zinha, Vicente, and Marioni they now have a trio as dangerous as any in this league. Gallos Blancos actually played pretty well last week in their 2-1 loss vs Jaguares but Jaguares are a bottom table club IMO and they still lost...at home. Neither team with injuries or suspensions and seems a game where Queretaro will defend with 9 men. Once Toluca break through the dam will open. Toluca -3/4 7/10 @1.82 (pinn)

Could the line move be due to lineups? Maybe Toluca is missing players?

yes Sun Dodger I post a reason for every bet I make. I feel it's important to explain a wager and not just post a game + stake. I personally would never follow a pick that is posted without an explanation and assume most people like to have a little info before betting their money. Always up to them in the end of course. Not seeing much of interest yet for midweek but will be back in if I bet anything
