Keep your chin up! I had a similar day last Saturday that brought my record to 22-30-1. Since I have gone 22-8 to get above .500 that I thought it would take a month to do. Just shake it off, put your head down , and make sure you work twice as hard and it will turn around quickly for you. best of luck
