First and foremost, I need to apologize to the players for my temporary inability to address the issues to be discussed here, in a proper manner until now. I have been very busy implementing my frameworks for SBR, a company that is growing at a very accelerated pace and that requires of sustained growth, due to the fact that we work following the principles of disruptive innovation.

Secondly, I need to make the following statement; redundant, I must admit, but yet strikingly absolute:

***** The open discussion of legitimate issues in a forum is not recommended under any given circumstance. The fact of the matter is this type of discussion is very likely to end up carrying pernicious effects; not only to me or Russ, but to this industry as a whole. Furthermore, the nature of these discussions is intrinsically futile, as no factual result is ever achieved. Why not? I believe -statistically speaking- that it has been proven that the grounds of RATIONAL and INTELLIGENT debate are not attainable in these forums; due mainly to the many hidden agendas and vested interests of the parts involved.. Word of advice to the square...(like there are any squares here...: the critical mass of MajorWager.com is mostly originated by the traffic generated in these conversation forums. Posters will be held responsible for their posts, but there are various “respected” posters that do not possess the comprehension of rational debate*****

Russ Hawkins;

Too long have I remained silent and stoic, in pursuit of a avoiding a fight.

But make no mistake, I can fight... actually, I AM built for the kill.

You have persistently provoked me; you have no valid reason whatsoever to attempting to tarnish my reputation. You have started this, now let's deal with it.

And listen, candy ass; when you throw a punch, you better have a defense technique or you will end up being slain.

If you have the courage to discuss with me, make sure your supporters remain silent and factual or rest assured measures will be taken to expose you as much as it's needed.

These are my formal requests:

1. The SEARCH function shall not be altered in any way. I claim my right to have free access to all the information contained in the archives of the forums owned by Major Wager, just like any other poster of these boards.

2. Roberto Castiglioni is invited to participate of this discussion and he must understand this is no form part of a ludic self-promotion campaign. He must remain factual for once.

3. All parts involved in this discussion must be identified by name and last name. My name is William Gatten. I expect personal accountability; otherwise, this discussion will never take place with posters that refuse to abide by this accountability.

4. This post is the introductory part of a LIVE investigation, which will be published in form of a thread such like this one in www.therxforum.com and www.offshoregamblersdigest.com. As long as profanity is not involved in this discussion, all posts shall stand unedited. I propose the elimination of all the names of people involved in this muddy mess as 3rd parties. They shall not pay the price of stupidity. It is a fact that federal agents are fond of reading these forums; it’s their reality show version of the Sopranos.

5. The poster known as raiders72100 has offered to host a chat session on this website: www.offshoregamblersdigest.com. This chat session has been scheduled for tomorrow Wednesday, June the 3rd at 20:00 EST. I offer the following link as a reference:Chat @ OGD

6. I request the services of clevfan, as an investigative aid. The searches performed by clevfan will exclusively take place here in Major Wager. Clevfan is a very talented woman, a personal friend and a professional on her field of expertise. However, I understand is not her obligation to do so if she refuses to do this.

7. I must state I have the utmost respect for Minnow, TTinCO and clevfan; all of them part of Major Wager staff. 3 people I have grown friends with and who are professionals on their fields. (just for the public records…)

My ultimate intention is to prove, beyond any reasonable doubt, that every statement made by Russ Hawkins a.k.a The Major regarding my persona, are slanderous posts and fallacies or lies. I will further attempt to offer an explanation as of why he has resorted to this smear campaign.

Tonight I will begin my investigation. Tomorrow night Russ Hawkins, Roberto Castiglioni and Christopher Costigan are invited to discuss one and all issues regarding my persona and my work related to the offshore wagering industry in the chat offered as a professional courtesy by www.offshoregamblersdigest.com.

Will Gatten, posting handle: Walk of Life.

Sorry guys;

I might have been a little to complicated for my own good.

I'm basically inviting Russ Hawkins aka The Major, owner of MajorWager.com to discuss the many slanderous posts he has made about me.

That's all.

This thread wil be boring. But it will be a public record...

For information of anyone interested the issues discussed here are for the most part between MW - Will, Roberto, and OGD. In light of that I am going to close the thread and copy it to the Rubber Room. - If anyone cares to reply please do so in the RR. The thread will remain Offshore for information purposes.

Thanks, wil.

I apologize for having posted this on the main forum, Wilheim. I thought it might be relevant to the industry, as many important issues will be discussed.

Please accept my apologies.

Dear Will,

I just read your thread and fail to understand why you mention my name or require my presence in a "discussion" about problems you've allegedly experienced with Major.

I might be wrong but I think I've got nothing to do with it. Smells a bit like Bill Dozer repeatedly asking the question on how a CEO operates. I was under the impression he knew, since he comments about everything, however he seemingly doesn't. I will then borrow a few lines of this thread to explain the obvious to your collegue :

Three top layers of a Corporate Structure :

a ) Shareholders
b ) Board of Directors
c ) CEO

The Board of Directors, in conjunction with the CEO, elaborate strategies and plan which are then submitted to shareholders for approval. Shareholders set a Company's guidelines, approve business plans, dictate strategies. All of the above are then executed by the CEO.

Bill Dozer : CEO means Chief Executive Officer. A CEO may propose or elaborate plans, but shareholders are the ones who decide and the CEO executes their decisions. I am honestly disappointed that an apparently brilliant young man like you doesn't know how a Corporate Structure works. Makes me wonder on what kind of knowledge you base your comments on.

Will, back to you : Again, I have no idea as to why you ask me to participate into a discussion that doesn't pertain me. I may, if you wish, summarize as an observer how I see your beef with Major :

A few months down the line Major reported being slowpaid by Hollywood. You posted on different posting forums the following :

quote:
I used to work at Hollywood and I happen to have the inside scoop in this situation:

quote:
To say that Hollywood was slow-paying is completely inaccurate.

The figure to be settled was product of a credit deal between Russ and the former owner of AllWorld.

You correctly mentioned you were no longer working for the Book, however claimed to have a scoop, hence leading readers to believe you had factual insider information.

You stated Hollywood was not slow paying. Very recently your former employer has confirmed the slow pay and apologized with the slow paid party.

You mentioned a credit deal. Hollywood's owner has confirmed it was post up.

I guess you will convene that, in light of these factual reconstruction of events, you have been the party publicly providing inaccurate information, to say the least. On the other hand I may conceive you had been lied to by your former collegues and attacked Major based on wrong information received from the Book. As I like to say...perfection doesn't belong to the planet.

It is my understanding that you have received in the last hours correspondence from your former employer about this very issue. What puzzles me is that you are seemingly ignoring your ex boss "suggestions" and are entering a crusade which will lead to nowhere, other than a further damage of image of your former employer. This is of course my humble opinion.

As a third party observer I believe you could work it out with a private phone call between the slow paid party and yourself and put this all thing behind. In view of my suggestion to you I will not make myself further available as to this specific discussion.

Cordially,

Roberto

Enjoy gentlemen.

Forum wars are typically won by the person who can post the longest period. Last man posting sort of. LOL

Have a great night. Sounds like a grand ol' time. I have been following this battle about 50% of the time and have only asked myself one question over and over. Why cannot these people ignore such nonsense?

There is a story about a Rap Star who was accused of murder and once accused his record sales went crazy high. Once it was announced there was not enough evidence to prosecute, his sales went down.
