While I doubt we can win by more than 20 points ATS like last time, it would not surprise me if the Lakers covered the spread by more than 10 points!!!

Last night I bump heads with Fezzik, now I am on opposite side with SHRINK...This series has been back and forth, alternate wins. I think this game is much more important to the TWolfs as it is for the Lakers. TWolfs know if they drop to 1-3 they are history. Lakers can drop it and still be 2-2. I just do not read the same sense of urgency as I did for games #1 and #3. Whereas TWolfs played way above their heads in game #2, with a sense of urgency. Lakers could win by 18 or more, but with game #5 looming back in Minny, the backdoor, we do not want to blow them out possibility also exists. Would hate to have the game on the 8 and watch Shaq shoot free throws, or any Laker. I'm going with TWolfs + 7 1/2. Not large, but rather small. Kobe or not...OF

I respectfully disagree with you about the NEED factor...
If you don't think that the LAKERS learned in GAME 5 in their last SERIES how hard it is to WIN ON THE ROAD at that time, then you must be oblivious...
This game is just as important to the LAKERS as it is to the TWOLVES because if the Lakers lose, it is a best of 3 SERIES, with Minny holding Home Court advantage!!!
I beg to differ with you but the LAKERS are BY FAR the BEST TEAM in the playoffs and with a 4 point factor for home court advantage, I expect the LAKERS to EASILY COVER the spread!!!

SHRINK it is foolish to suggest you are a wannabe anything. You already have Jim Jones cult like status here. Just skip the kool aid breakfast. We need a tie breaker, what is old Fezzik on? I am afraid the Lakers will win by 20 over the spread now. Look at how well you call game #2. Except for taking the +3 vs. the +1.50, it was an amazing call. Seriously, Shrink WHAT ARE YOU THINKING! Lakers are on an improbable 6-1 SU and ATS run, and the spreads have finally caught up to them.
They were in a GREAT game 3 situation, off a woodshed loss, and they still managed to struggle mightily to win ATS, limping in up 11 when the Wolves blew three great chances to get the game to a middling 9.
Now, game 4, the situation is not nearly as good, the Lakers likely to not be as up, the Wolves likely to play even harder, and the travel may well finally catch up to Kobe, and the lack of good practice time.
I like the Wolves tonight. An obvious 'basic strategy' bet.
Ps. I've been buying them 'up' at +8, -110. Bad usage of the word buying up I'm afraid. In the land of rogue lines (Vegas) there were plenty of 8s everywhere.

Hopefully he did not write an article like game #5, Lakers/Spurs. Talk about the ultimate kiss of death, I have still not totally recovered from that nightmare. Well, I am comfortable with that.
