WAC is tough ats, Maryland tired legs from 4 games in 4 days, they play not to lose with a lead, and Willimas bad game coach. UTEP should win straight up and these Miners can run like the wind

100% agree on your take on this game. nevada is actually the better, team, too. the big 11 is a fraud conference and the more i can find spots to bet against these frauds - the more i will. too bad the illini were handed a sweet 16 spot and wisky could get in because it has a home game with pitt - put that game on a neutral court - and pitt kills them.

Im liking UTEP Miners +255 Marylands in that Denver air. Teams winning 4 games in confrence tourneys dont do well historicaly

Anyone remember the 1986 Miner team with the late Jeep JAckson at point, and Chris Sandle out of Poly high in the post? They beat Arizona team with Elliott,Kerr,Tolbert that year in the 1st round that year. Clem Haskins was the coach, he had a long tenure their going back to the 1966 Texas Western team that beat Kentucky in the ncaa finals. Billy Gilepsi did an incredible job of putting this team back on the map, he is a young Jerry Tarkanian in terms of recruiting.

2 teams that beat BYU, Utah St and UNLV both get exposed tonight. Im not fond of the venue, but Arojo has some issues and when faced with comprable people, like Frost last week, which CUSe has, he tends to disappear.

Thanks Shawn, I was thinking they had the bye systeym like other confrences do. I still like Coach Billy squad to run em out.

Utah State stinks, I hate to say it being a Big West fan. Refs handed them several wins, Aggies stunk. The Big West refs did not let teams defend them down low. If it wasnt for me yeeling in referee Stupins ear for 5 minutes during a timeout they would have handed the USU a win over Northridge. BTW, Pacific was handed the game over Northridge, the Matadors should be playing today.
