New to all this - hoping this draft isn't too bad, any opinions? It's the standard nfl.com format.

QB: Eli Manning, D Garrard

RB: DeAngelo Williams, Steven Jackson, Kevin Smith, Ray Rice

WR: Anquan Boldin, Anthony Gonzalez, Antonio Bryant, Steve Breaston, Percy Harvin

TE: Jason Witten

K: Akers

DST: Packers

You will have to upgrade your QB. I would see who is available. I would offer a RB for a stud QB also.

Thanks that's what i figured. It's obviously not a very serious league that I'm in which is how I managed to get such strong RBs. The problem is that one guy took both mcnabb and rodgers and another took P. Manning and Cutler so all the decent QBs went much quicker than I anticipated. Quinn, Collins, Bulger, Edwards and Hill are all still available but I'm not sure any of them would be an improvement.

In terms of general ff strategy also: is it worth considering garrard instead of manning in week 1 because they're likely to be behind in the second half against the colts and thus throwing a lot?

Also at a bit of a loss as to how to make the most out of having four strong RBs. Rotate based on matchups?

Thanks for any advice!

In terms of strategy, yes to your Garrard question. Jax does play Indy very well however. I would probably start Garrard every week because he could run one in also.

The available QBs out there are not better than what you have.
