My first ever Fantasy Team, how did I do?

Im in a 10 team league, standard scoring, QB/3WR/2RB/TE/flex/K/DEF/6 bench players, got the 4th pick, I was gonna get a top tier RB but I just couldn't pass up on Rodgers. So anyway here's my team, I rate myself a B, what do you guys think? Who should I trade? Should I get another RB/WR instead of Tennessee? Should I drop NO and get Cincy, NE,Chi or Den of defense? Sorry guys just excited, hopefully I win it. Thanks

3WR - Marshall, Welker, T.O.
2RB - Grant, J. Stewart
TE - Antonio Gates
Flex- Austin Collie
K- Brionas
Defense - NO
Bench: Eli, Barber, Lee evans, Jerome harrison, chris chambers and Tennessee

my bad guys, that's not actually flex, its a WR/TE position, Im thinkin of dropping Chambers for Jacoby Jones and Tennessee for another RB.

I would stick with New Orleans' Defense for now.
Remember, their offense is so dominant, it means their defense is on the field less.

Any team in the league deep at RB spot?

thanks for your opinion man, appreciate it, im dropping chambers for jacoby jones and im planning to drop tennessee defense and lee evans for 2 RBs, available RBs are: Forsett, Portis, Maroney, C Williams, Slaton, Hightower, and Kevin Smith, who do you think is the best 2 RB on that bunch? and one last question who do you think should I trade to get Ray rice? Honestly I would consider trying moving Aaron Rodgers and Barber for a top-tier RB. Eli is serviceable at QB but you need help at RB for sure.

Rodgers is the guy you like so roll with him.......I'm assuming Ray Rice was picked third in your league, without seeing the rosters of the other teams in your league i would try and trade Eli Manning/Barber maybe for Pierre Thomas, Javid Best......Welker/Grant for Ryan Mathews or Stephen Jackson.......knowing the rosters of the other teams in your league would be helpful

A Rodgers obviously top tier, but imho Eli Manning in his second year working with the "post-Plaxico" receiving corp in NY (Smith/Dixon/Manningham) is going to end the year in Top 5 of fant QBs

Jerome Harrison will have a big year, imo.. I would start him over Stewart
