The thread starter does have a good point, as to don't look to intentionally fading the public too often. If that is a decent part of your strategy, it will end up biting you in the ass so far, at least in this years NBA season.
Maybe it was different in previous seasons.... but I don't know, since I wasn't looking at lines anytime before this season, since I'm a newbie in this field of work....errr hobbie :think2:
But the thread title is a bit misleading, and his post is mostly fluff, but he does have that useful tip in there somewhere... but lets let him post his picks from now on wish him luck, and see how he does. If you think he's a tout, who cares. As long as he keeps it within his own topic, I take nothing personal from someone who touts himself if he, ends up afterwards, posting consistently winning picks.
I do feel sometimes that members of this forum go a little to far to expect tea party-like ethics here, when it comes to all this with people crying "Tout!" foolishness... I don't think Monte Reno's purpose of this topic was to tout, he was... just a bit too overzealous illustrating his simple point :lol:
