Movies That Are Tough to Watch...

Call me a pussy but I tear up at times when watching Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, Born on the Fourth of July. So many pointless deaths. Young men in their primes torn to pieces. The first two World Wars had to be fought but Viet Nam was one big lie. Similar to the war in Iraq. Had a great uncle that fought the Germans; told me a story how he was fighting in deep snow and got stuck. Bullets flying past him in every direction, bombs going near him. He died last year with pieces of Nazi metal still inside him. We all cry and complain about the economy and our government but anyone under the age of 40 should be thankful we will never experience what those men did.

There is a German poster named Roxxyfish that posts at EOG; he has stated numerous times that he is proud of Nazi Germany. Guy should be banned from the Internet, beaten and dipped in saltwater. Fing coward.

The beach landing in Saving Private Ryan is tough to watch, had to be as close to hell on earth as possible for the ones who were there. The comment that Iraq wasn't necessary I do not agree with, That was a war that was going to happen one day.

Why did we go to war with Iraq? Other countries have or had dictators. Two reasons. Military contracts and oil. That's it. How many have died so guys like Erik Prince could get rich; guy doesn't even live in America anymore.

You don't think we've experienced anything in OIF/OEF? Going out on patrols and not knowing if you are going to get hit with an IED? Training your counterpart and not knowing if he's going to turn his weapon on you while you're helping him?
