my primary fitness routine revolves around mt biking. i mostly ride off-road...big climbs, fun downhills. there are a lot of trails here in no. cal.
dante, are you training for some event? i have raced in the past and now just kinda riding.....3-5 days a week maybe 1.5-3 hours per ride...depends.
