Olbermann says there is no “Health Choices Commissioner” in any legislation regarding health-care reform, says the fact is fiction, says “right wingers” didn’t even read the legislation…..

9 CHOICES COMMISSIONER.
10 (a) IN GENERAL.—There is hereby established, as an
11 independent agency in the executive branch of the Govern12
ment, a Health Choices Administration (in this division
13 referred to as the ‘‘Administration’’).
14 (b) COMMISSIONER.—
15 (1) IN GENERAL.—The Administration shall be
16 headed by a Health Choices Commissioner (in this
17 division referred to as the ‘‘Commissioner’’) who
18 shall be appointed by the President, by and with the

Actually, Obama appears to be somewhat anti-Czar

He's the first President since Reagan to have dropped the so-called "Drug Czar" from cabinet level status.

heh...At the time I wrote that, the second part was (and remains) accurate. "Drug Czar" has been dropped from cabinet level status.
