WEEK 16 POSTS 7-5 +26.63 UNITS
Here is tonights selection:
10 Units Units Green Bay -4 -106
So how have the Packers been away from Lambeau Field this season??? Not bad, at 4-3 SU & ATS where they outscore foes by a 25-23 average. Green Bay (8-6) has won four of five games and they're tied with Minnesota for first place in the NFC North. They certainly will be focused and motivated against this poor Raiders defense. Last week Oakland stunned Baltimore, 20-12, on this field. Even so, the defense was poor against the run, which it has been all season (152 yds rushing allowed pg). Oakland (4-10 SU & 3-10-1 ATS) was fortunate that Baltimore is a one-dimensional offense that coughed it up three times. Green Bay can beat you with a great QB in Bret Favre and remarkable RB Ahmen Green (1,532 yards). QB Bret Favre is expected to be the Packers QB tonight against Oakland, one day after his father died. Green Bay averages 152 yards rushing per game, which means they will tear up a soft Raiders 'D' with the run and the pass. They should also have little trouble with a punchless Oakland offense that is being run by a third-string QB (Rick Mirer) and has averaged just 11 points the last three games.
