Monday Morning QB: What did we learn from football (NFL & NCAAF) this weekend?

What did we take from this weekend in football?

Could be a good thread if everyone chips in and maybe sees some holes or something we may want to fade or look closely in the future?


My takes:

The Chicago Bears are LEGIT... even though they blew that game last night, I was impressed with their Defense. QB Mitch looks good and Howard/Cohen is a nice 1/2 punch.

Texans offense and watson looked like shit for the most part, hopefully it's because of PATS and not what's going to show week in and out, for Texans sake.

Steelers don't need L. Bell but their offense didn't look like it was clicking, but it was raining heavy.

Aaron Rodgers is still a top tier NFL QB even playing on 1 leg.

Bills QB Peterson is a AUTO FADE from here on out

Colts QB LUCK looks to be back to form...after missing over a year, he looked pretty well today. Seems like the same old story with them though...Luck and the O will be good, Colts D will be bad.

the nfl sucks...i mean taunting??? unsportsman like conduct???? way 2 many flags having a big affect on games...i dont watch games...i watch the result of every play on my computer...back to back 15 yders...i c the 4:00 games are now 4:25 games...5 more minutes of comercials per game....everyone i no bets on football but no one watches it. keep taking NE every week...

I wouldn't take New England this week. Jacksonville's defense is for real and they are playing at home.

NO QB to run the system the coach wants. Coach can't adapt to what the QB's can do. So offense is not good, ran for 300 yards and still lost the game.
Defense has talent on starting rotation but no depth, DC blitzes a lot so might be gassing them out, but played soft and safe late in games.

DOn't see them putting up many points at all in sec games as of right now

i think so but worth waiting since it should drop. kansas city didnt really stop the chargers, they stopped themselves. Steelers at home should be much better and in LA there were as many chiefs fans as there were chargers. i think mahomes did well but different animal in pittsburgh. with the hurricane coming it could cause a very wet and sloppy field. id say advantage pitt there since they are more equipped for a power running game.
