To post a ">" or a "<" (greater than or less than symbol) in lieu of typing out the word "OVER" or "UNDER" is simply ridiculous and unnecessary. The symbols could easily be mis-typed by the original poster and/or misinterpreted by a forum member. The entire gambling free world uses "Over" or "Under" when making a play on the total. While Lt. Dan is certainly entitled to post the greater than or less than symbols, it would be much simpler and CLEARER if he simply typed OVER or UNDER. As shrewd as Lt.Dan is, I'm sitting here right now at halftime of the Orange/Terps game wondering if he really meant to type "<" 131 instead of ">" 131. I guess I'll never know. Just type the word Dan.
