MODS: I think you are doing a great job. I myself am tired of the tout business myself. I think ALL touts should only post in the promo section and not allowed in the forums. There is enough great cappers like kojak, omt and others to provide FREE info to the viewers.

Do not let touts fish for customers through this board.

Also, i am not neverlose. Ask the mods if our IP are the same...

CedarCreaker, I have been doing nothing else but editing, moving, and deleting one tout bash post after another for two days. How can you say I've done nothing. I put all the Smokey Bashers on post review. I warned Co Capt as well as beating vegas. I personally don't have a problem with Chuck but obviously many do, he seems to able to deal with it, I don't know why you cannot.

I will be sorry if you move but do what you have to do.

I think Wil and all the other mods are doing a great job. As for the bashing, nobody is bashing chuck luck. All i am asking is, Will he refund the money he promised? That's not consider bashing... all i want is an answer, yes or no. Simple.

As for posters deciding to leave: You got to remember this. The site was here before these touts and will be here after. Don't you think this site made Chuck? If it wasn't for this site, who would have known him? How would he get his clients w/ out advertisitng? This was the cheapest way to get his name out.

I'm sure Wil and the others mods aren't worry about people like Chuck leaving. If he does, another person will replace his posts. Simple but true..

Now i ask: what do you think its more important..

If chuck or anyone else was really upset, they would have left. Last i seen, they are still here hoping to get new clients and people to back them up.

Chuck needs this site to promote his tout service, plain and simple. It's just business.. he will never leave.

Wil..here is copy of your post about bashing...just so you can remember!!!! where in any of chucks posts in regular forums does he even menion touts just once....keep looking you cannot find it..but the other jokers do and you move his thread instead of doing something to the culprits....seems the Rx has lost control!!


The Rx. moderator team has seen a significent amount of bashing and
stalking of late in our sport forums. Effective immediately all mods will
issue warnings to any bashers or stalkers and edit posts where appropriate.
Repeat offenders will be subject to temporary post review.

Natrually fair and civil constructive criticism will be allowed. When any
of the "touts" that post here at The Rx. get out of line by using bogus lines
or outlandish claims they are fair game.

However even this type of constructive criticism should remain civil.
The Rubber Room is available for rants and flames - feel free to use it.
Essentially Rx. moderators will evaluate any bashing on a post by post basis
and take action where appropriate.

I just want to give everyone a heads up that we will not tolerate
unwarranted bashing or stalking in our sport forums.

Violators will be warned and if need be placed on Post review..
Any poster who sees something that appears to be out of line is free to
contact any of the Rx. moderators or use the Report Post function.

Cedar Creaker, you are very wrong, most of the bashers are on post review but their are legitimate posters that have problems with Chuck, maybe you do not but that doesn't mean they do not exist. I have two factions the pro tout like yourself and and the anti tout posters like Markie Mark, you both seem more concerned than Chuck himself does.

You like to throw around words like spine, mirror, control but really have no idea what it takes to be fair to everyone. The thread got out of hand and that included you posting your leave Chuck alone posts.

Bottom line the thread is in the Rubber Room where it belongs because I am not going to allow bickering in the sport forums.

If I wanted to buy his tip service tonight, or this weekend I would have absolutly no idea how to find it. He is a decent poster and an asset to this forum.

As for chuck, we are totally talking about something else. 2 years ago, he came on this board and gave winners. After that, he told everyone on the board that he couldn't not give out anymore winners because he now had paying customers. Last year, he boasts in the beg. of the season that he had over 60 paying customers. He did not give any free picks for the first few weeks. After he started losing and customers were juming off his wagon, he cam back to this site giving Bonus Plays. Even though his Bonus Plays were losers, his goal was to fish more new clients.

If Chuck had a great year last year, he would have NO WAY posted his plays here and he would have asked clients to pay for his picks.
Since he lost over 1500 UNITS last year, he's back on this site promoting "free picks". I'm sure history will repeat itself. Sooner or later, chuck will not post here and ask for money.

I have no problems with touts. I do have a problem when somebody like chuck promises people to pay them back. For a guy that claims he won over $30k this month, dont you think it might be honorable to do what you say??

So quit with all this Chuck gives free picks crap. Last year before the season started, how many free picks did Chuck gives this forum?? None, cuz you had to pay.

After losing so many units, he needs this site to go fishing....

WIL & THE OTHER MODS: KEEP DOING GOOD WORK. THIS SITE IS THE BEST ON THE NET! EVEN THE WASHINGTON POST LOOKS @ THE BOARD. You do not need somebody like chuck to ruin a good thing.

Like I said, I have never had to pay for one of his picks, I have never been solicited for anything from him. And this is just my opinion, if someone is dumb enough to pay a tout $5 or $500 they are idiots, that will learn their lesson.

i have no opinon on this chuck stuff. but comparing this forum to others, i think the mods do a very good job overall.

i'm assuming wilheim owns this site, somebody can correct me if i'm wrong. but its great that wilheim and the other mods is not pushing stuff down your throat.

I have to disagree with you on this one that nothing is being done. Wil and all mods have been working on a policy for touts and bashers for several weeks. We have posted it very clearly at the top of every forum. It may seem soft to some but it is important to offer balance to this as well. We even discussed what we exactly thought bashing was. Bashing has picked up last couple of weeks since we posted policy. Smokey does not do anything to tout but at times loses his cool and adds fuel to the fire. We are working on it and will improve. Thanks for your concern.
