Is that a fight invitation over the internet? Mob, You better fly to Charlotte cause this dude is serious LOLOL

I like both your plays Mob. ARi/CAR look very evenly matched, but Arians will out coach in this one. DEN pass rush will have to keep brady in check. You are hoping Manning shows up which he hasn't done most of the season. He looks at least healthy now. +150 on the home dog is pretty good with the #1 def in the league. GL

Thanks dude.

Not sure why the mods just let him run around trying to fight people on here. Shit is a disgrace

my analysis/some insights I'll do tomorrow or saturday. There are about 6 reasons why Arizona wins SU. I'll share some on either Friday or Saturday night

I'll start some now.... but like I said, the meaty stuff and the reason I knew to play this already I can't announce. The parameters I can't really discuss.

Some inside/outside the box thinking....

Carolina has had a special season there is no denying that. Any 15-1 team is a special team, this is the 6th in the history of the league. So that is special. Those teams have fared pretty interestingly, with none of these juggernauts losing in the superbowl. When they have got there, they have won(2-0). One of the greatest teams of all time( 98 vikings) lost in OT in the conference championship when they had a double digit lead in the 4th quarter. Only one 15-1 team has lost in the divisional round of the playoffs off a bye(2011 packers). The other two lost in the championship round at home. so 15-1 teams at home are 2-2 SU in this game.

There are 10 games in the nfl playoffs not including the sb. 4 have already had pts matter. Never have we had 5 in 10 games. Never.

Also something weird is never have we had back to back years where pts have mattered in one of the championship games ( packers/seahawks last year) Considering only 7 have mattered since 94 in this round.

Just looking at the schedules. It is easy to see Carolina had a hell of a year. But Arizona who finished the season with only a 9-7 ats record hasn't had 3 straight failed covers since Bruce Arians has taken over as head coach of this football organization. What!!!!!!!?

Anyone who watched "A football life" with Bruce Arians saw how he motivated his team after their 2 game slide last year. I'mmmmmmmmmm about to whipppppp somebodyysssss Assssssssss. Ooohhhh I'm about to whip somebody's assssss. Ohhh if you don't leave me aloneeee, you're going to have to send me home. Cuzzzz I'm about to whip somebodysss assssssssssssss

And they did.

Perception wise, Carolina are juggernauts. They are the NFC champs already. MVP cam newton.... DPY in Josh Norman. It would be too great of a year for Carolina if they made it to the superbowl and according to history, they'll win. They dethroned Seattle who was going for a 3rd straight NFC championship. Storybook cinderalla endings happen for those who deserve it, a russel wilson, a kurt warner, hopefully peyton, not a 6"5 man child. Sorry, the king of the NFC stays in the West.

that's just a warmup

Oh my, what kind of story would it be if Peyton in his last game went up against the guy who schooled him when he first came into the league. What a story line. Best story line by far out of these teams and it is not even close.

just heard on the radio Brandon lang is on patriots -2.5 and Carolina -2.5. I was going to have to hold my breath if he was on Arizona. Nothing would of thrown me off the play, but knowing he is thinking opposite makes me sleep even better

more food for thought....

since the reformat to 10 playoff games 91-92, there hasn't been one time where the dog has only one win outright. It has never gone 1-9 SU. and think. The only dog that won SU so far was the Packers and it was +1. The dog money has not been made yet. Technically it is impossible for it to be made in the superbowl because there is no possibility of a big underdog in the bowl. At least one of these dogs cash today. But I have both of them facing off vs each other in the super bowl. I wont watch the superbowl if it is Patriots/Panthers. I will suspend myself from this forum for 4 months if the superbowl is Patriots/Panthers. Bold it, take a picture, I do not give a fuck. That is how I roll.

This fits a really rare situation for me in the playoffs(not above) so I am big on Arizona. Win lose or tie I will make this wager every time

Like I said earlier, this is a special game due to the 15-1 record. Carolina is a special team. 6 times we have seen a 15-1 team in the history and 2 have made it to the superbowl and they both won it. the 49ers in 84 and the Bears in 85. Since then, the last 4 15-1 teams have all failed.

The last two times BOTH championship games were under 4 pts both favorites won. so its 4-0 to the favorites the last 4 with the spread 4 or less. I am not a trend bettor but what do you think is more likely to end? This ? or 1-9 su stat? My guess would be the one that is 24 years and running.

another thing is...take a look at the ats records. Carolina has been making their money all year, 15-1 SU , 11-5 ats. When seattle won it when they dominated the league they were 11-5 ats. The last team to do that before Seattle was 1995. So 19 years it took for another 11-5 ats team to win the bowl.
My points on the game now......

Bruce Arians the king of throw it on first down. That's what I need in this game. The key to beat them defensively is find Roman Harper. If he is playing in the box check out of it and throw it in the flat and make him chase the rookie rb David Johnson. find Roman HARPER!!!!!
Arizona's offensive line is quietly playing their best football at the perfect time. Minus a hungry Jared Allen should help that. Carson had 3 sacks last week and 2 of them were on him, the first sack was a free runner off the edge, he didn't change the protection. So a lot of that was Carson shitting himself. I think Carolina are much different from that perspective because they aren't going to change much of what they do on defense. Greenbay will mix that shit up all game and blitz many creative ways. Dom Capers.

There hasn't been 2 dogs win SU in this round since 1980-1981 though. LOL. It has happened on 2 different occasions but not since 80-81. But on both of those championship weekends the spreads were both 4 or less.;

Go Cards, Go Broncos.

correction** my guess would be the one that fails is the 4-0 in the last 2 situations .. Meaning there is a reason that shit is 4-0 in the last two situations but this is 24-0 in the last 24 situations. This isn't even the strongest stat/theory I am using for the cards because it doesn't apply directly to them. It applies to the weekend.

a lot of my research points to the Patriots having the most exceptions from 02-05. Meaning what they did those years haven't been duplicated. I wonder why.

I have so much to say I get off track a lot of times.

Look at what the 85 Bears did in the playoffs. They shutout two teams. If Carolina had shutout Seattle...honestly I would be shook. Because then I would understand if the public just cashes because Carolina is THAT good. Instead, Seattle almost pushed in that game if they had scored a td at the end instead of a field goal

Seattle went through a grace period when they won it as 11-5 ats( they failed to cover) They restarted after that and brought home the cash the rest of the way. Carolinas grace period is their season being put to end.

No ONE player(cam) is bigger than the game. Are coaches bigger than the game? Yes. Are players? No.
