Chonce,
The reason Martz can beat Bellichick is for a few reasons. First, Martz was not an experienced head coach back then and didn't know how to handle the Super Bowl while Bellichick had been there 3 times under Parcells. The most important reason to me is the Rams and Patriots would reverse rolls with the Rams being the underdog. I'll take the points and the Rams as they have twice the talent on offense and equal talent on defense. Third, Rams would be looking for redemption for that loss. The Rams would be the last team the Patriots would want to see in the Super Bowl.

Every square, rectangle and trapezoid out there is betting the Rams.

Why lay -4 early? Wait til gametime and lay -6 -115. If you are going to do things wrong, may as well be consistent accross the board.

Hey, this Rams' team dominates on the road you argue! They clobberred a great Bears team by 2 points and annhilated the playoff team Arizona Cardinals by 3. And we all know how well they have done historically outside in colder temperatures.

Seriously, I'm always amazed at threads like this. I walk by a 21 table, see a guy stand on A6 vs. 7 and tell all how confident he is in his game. And then I see guys giving out "GOYs" on sides that are so clear cut the wrong side it is just unbelievable to me.

The key question is whether Cleveland at +6 has a 58% type chance to cover, or only a more modest 52-56% chance. Personally, I suspect 56% to be about the right number. I'll be betting Cleveland........and I'll be betting ALOT.

Sportssavant, the Monday Night Home Underdog Play was once the most successful play , with something like a 74-78% ATS win percentage. Only Buffalo and SF was the exception during this run, but that was during the days of Montana, Young, and Jim Kelly for Buff. Since then, it hasn't been to successful of a play. Tonight, may change all of that back. Lets see. Aloha CC.

I don't think the Rams are the right side. I'm gonna wait until the line hits 6 and make a medium play on Cleveland. Home dogs are coming on strong after an awful start. There will be no value in the Rams at 6. It's also too early to crown them NFC Champs. The red hot Eagles will have somthing to say about that!

LOL---Now I know I am a winner for sure. Rams roll.

We all know Root is the biggest scamdicapper of all time BUT I will admit lately he has pulled a few out of his blowhole (then again when you're just taking the other side of Chet and Larry you're bound to hit something). The one thing I know about Root is he almost always takes the dogs. So Cleveland is no surprise here. I'm leaning to the Brownies too but if I take them it wouldn't be a large play.

G/L tonight.

Ah, psst, Anthony. Just wanted to point out to you that this isn't the Super Bowl. This is only the Week 14 MNF game between St.Louis and Cleveland.

Wait a minute, is this Tony's 15 year old son?
