i think houston is the best team but that only goes so far in mls. columbus is the sleeper even though they won the shield, because nobody is completely sold on them. chicago at +1200 is obviously a nice price but i see them losing in the first round. my pick for the title is the winner of chivas usa vs houston with the west reigning supreme again despite the east dominating all season

Twellman Out

New England's playoff concerns deepened today with news that star forward Taylor Twellman will be sidelined indefinitely with concussion-related symptoms. He was initially hurt in the Aug. 30 match against Los Angeles, but returned a week later and then played in a portion of the final eight games.
The Revs (1-5-4 in their last 10 matches) are already without team captain Steve Ralston (broken leg). Defender Gabriel Badilla and midfielder Khano Smith will serve red card suspensions for the first leg of the two-game series with Chicago starting Thursday night at Foxborough.

Chicago and Houston look like easy winners, guessing decent odds on Chicago will be available. Other two series involve garbage teams (Columbus is nothing special), anything could happen.
