- DC unveiling VW as a big money sponsor tonight and have played well at home all year. Don't particularly like backing a team that has one day less rest and off their worst performance of the year, but this is a very good team...frankly, the best team in MLS.

Saturday...

- Houston are a top team despite no wins in 6 and they will turn this season around on Saturday. This is identical to the start they had in 2007 and they went on a few unprecedented runs the rest of the way to claim their 2nd straight title. Rapids are improved offensively with Gomez but they are terribly inconsistent and will be the team Houston takes it's early season goal scoring issues out on

- I like RSL's team though the defense was non-existent last week in the 2-2 draw and shocking the week before in the 4-1 DC loss. If anyone watched Dallas play in SJ you see just how bad this team can really be. This is Dallas' first match on turf and first b2b away game and I like the level ball option for RSL

bad start to weekend and adding one play

- Stammler and Reyna did not travel with the Red Bulls tonight which means no defensive coverage in midfield, and no marking on Beckham. Jozy and Angel will tear apart the Galaxy "defense" and LA has scored at least two goals in every game this year since week 1
