The city of Boston is already celebrating, and the Red Sox haven’t even won the World Series yet. That is because another team has brought a championship banner to the city, and while the New England Patriots’ modern day dynasty days are now behind us, the Bruins have delivered the city its first Stanley Cup to now ride alongside the Boston Celtics and company in a home to many great sports champions. That celebration may continue at the end of this baseball season with another title banner to potentially be raised at the Fenway Park, as the Red Sox should be able to deliver as long as they remain focused and play with a sense of urgency.
The Red Sox underperformed at the beginning of the year, but that might have been a blessing in disguise. With all of the additions that they made in free agency it seemed as though everyone in the locker room was waiting for somebody else to step up and get the job done, but once they realized that they would be in trouble everybody made their move to get the sports betting services job done. The Red Sox could still use more at the plate out of former MVP Dustin Pedroia and another free agent acquisition in Carl Crawford, but as long as those that are producing continue to do so the rest should eventually come around.

Beckett really struggled last year, but with the MLB news that he has been one of the team’s top arms and most consistent, means that he should get a shot behind John Lester in their top-three for a postseason series.
