Now I'm confused...if it was 14-10 until a td in the last 20 seconds..wouldn't the final have been 21-10 or 14-17 Temple?

It was 14-10 Temple until Ohio scored and with :20 and won 17-14. Close but no cigar, I made money tonight, im happy.

On an interesting note, I did not play DiMichele (Temple QB) in the simulation last night, who knows if it would have made a difference.

MistaFlava's 2008 CFB Record: 23-22-1 ATS (-$2580) 51%

Not the kind of season I was hoping to be having at the midway point but what can you do? My NFL season has been a lot better than my college football as I am up +$14 000 in the NFL but down some money here. So what to do? Screw the PS2 and those simulations, I just don't have patience to deal with the hoopla and inconsistency of the system. Now don't forget I am by far the worst handicapper ever on the RX according to some so tailing me or following me could be hazardous. Whatever. This is a make or break week for me because I can be back in the money by the time this is all said and done or I can pretty much forget about my goals for the season. I am optimistic so let's do this.

The goal for the season remains to hit 65% of my plays or hit the 1000 Unit mark.

1 Unit = $100

Week 1: 4-6 ATS (+3.20 Units)
Week 2: 3-3 ATS (-12.50 Units)
Week 3: 2-3-1 ATS (-29.00 Units)
Week 4: 3-4 ATS (+7.00 Units)
Week 5: 5-2 ATS (-16.00 Units)
Week 6: 5-3 ATS (+27.50 Units)
Week 7: 0-1 ATS (-11.00 Units)
Week 8: ---No Plays---
Week 9: 1-0 (+5.00 Units)

You can tail, you can fade or you can just watch. I have always been a streaky capper. When things are not going well I don't just sit there and watch, I take action and make myself better. Good Luck to all this week!

San Jose State Spartans +7.5 (10 Units)

:toast:

Not the easiest game to handicap but like many others I really think the Spartans can keep this game close. Boise State's young offense lacks experience on the road and in what should be a half decent atmosphere in Spartan Stadium. The last time Boise State was here was in 2006 where they escaped with a 23-20 win (a year they also had a much better team than this year's version). In 2004, both teams traded blow after blow in this stadium and the game went to overtime where Boise State once again won. As long as coach Tomey keeps things simple for his guys tonight they should have no problems keeping it close. Having never won a game against Boise State ever (0-8 SU) you know the Spartans are going to be motivated to win this game. San Jose State has covered the spread in 20 of their last 27 home games and 14 of their last 17 WAC Conference games making them one fo the most profitable teams in the conference. I like the Spartans a lot in this one. CASH IT!

WEEK 9 RECAP

Temple -3
San Jose State +7.5

I will post my Saturday Selections sometime tomorrow morning with a nice slate of games. GL to all tonight.

Wow, nice analysis on the BSU / SJSU game.

I've got Boise myself (-8.5); any thoughts on the total?
