Boca Jrs vs Nacional - Thur Copa Sudamerica - hard to tell how interested Boca are in this competition after losing to River over the weekend which really tightened the Arg race, but they still lead by a point + a game in hand and all signs on their website point to regular squad even with Newell's on deck. Boca must win the match by 2 goals to qualify for the next round and they are a level above a full-strength Nacional, let alone the group the Uruguayans are sending tomorrow. Ignacio La Luz, Maureen Franco, Jorge Rodríguez, Ignacio Pallas, Gonzalo Castro, Jorge Bava and Daniel Leites are infected with the mumps with several new cases expected by game time. Nacional wanted the game suspended but due to contractual TV commitments the show must go on. Boca certainly not on their best run ever since LaVolpe took over. Prior to his arrival they were untouchable but now they struggle to win a match, even drawing poor Godoy Cruz and losing the superclasico at River. Boca expected to field Schelotto who has been away for quite a while for this match, which takes place in Salta not Buenos Aires. Martin Palermo and Marcelo Delgado are sure to miss for Boca but with Schelotto back up front he should be a more than adequate replacement. If match were in la Bombanera I'd be VERY confident of a 2+ goal win but still expect it against an ill Nacional squad that were outplayed in the 2-1 1st leg victory. Boca Juniors -1.5 goals 6/10 @1.75 (pinn)
