most of your athletes are cheap because they grew up in poverty and its just a life style they have become accustomed to. I think alot of them are in fear of losing their money. I also think its a cultural thing. It just seems that in alot of the minorities tipping is not to high up on the scale of things to do.

I know a guy that played in Tigers foursome. He and his partner beat Tiger and his partner. In the clubhouse they had a drink and Tiger told him the winners always have to buy.

Also while were on MJ....if you never heard this before I believe it to be true.....he was called to Stern's office for gambling.....went and supposedly "followed his dream to play baseball". Keeps NBA and Jordan image clean he gets to keep his endorsements....when his silent suspension is over he gives up baseball. He was never going to make in baseball just like he could never make it in golf.

If he goes to a diner and orders a 6$ burger and stiffs it's one thing (still lame). Going to the Four Seasons and partying till way after close for thousands is very differrent.

And no one can say shit to him else they get fired. They stay till 4am working way late for nothing but a lesson in life that everyone can fuck you over. And MJ walks out with out a care thinking I made that guys day since I, the great, was here.

I might disagree you, on some stuff, Mamon, but if Jordan really does this type of stiffing.... he's an A-hole ! I don't know that to fact.

He ( or anybody rich or wealthy), needs to tip nicely, for extra service....doesn't have to ridiculous tips, but not 5.65% on a 2k restaurant bill.

a dime tip on a 2k check, is nice if you're worth 50 M+....at least it's a genouros tip.
