Baseball is by far the sport I have had the most success handicapping. Since 2002 I have had just one year where I didn't end up at least +20 units.

In this thread I will post all my baseball plays. This includes:

- Exhibition Games
- Regular Season Games
- Playoff Games
- Futures/Props

I will keep a separate record for each category.

My units-played will be on a 1-5 unit scale. I will grade my actual record with the units I provided, and I will grade each play as a 1 unit play for all those flat-bettors.

It's going to a a very fun year. So lets get this bad boy started!

Hey MC, thanks for your work as always. I'm excited to get baseball rolling.
I have the same thought about NFL pre-season, but there are guys who really like to bet that too. Do you think there are enough measurable things in exhibition games to be able to get a good bead on them (all the guys who will never see a MLB roster playing 1/2 the game ect.) Obviously you're only putting 2 units on these games, I'm just curious how playing the pre-season has worked in the past.

BOL this year!

I've had great success with spring training in the past. Usually end up abetween 10 and 15 units.

Brewers +138 (2 units)

I dont care if Christy Matthewson is going for the Giants. They should not a such a prohibitive favorite in the Spring. Not when Cain will likely go 2 innings.

Even DONKS win sometimes... Right?

Brewers post 6 unanswered, 3 outs away. Nice.

MC, are all your preseason plays 2 unit plays or do you go higher, and if so, how often?

Mostly 2. I will have a few 1 unit plays. Maybe a very rare 3 unit play. Never 4 or 5.
