People are saying good bye to someone from a community that they have spent a lot of time. Many people didn't think Patrick and I could work together for 2 weeks, much less 6 months...

In fact, Patrick and I often kidded each other because from the onset, we realized our differences and decided to reevalaute how each one of us felt on a monthly basis...

It was only then that we both thought this arrangement might last 2 months, instead of 2 weeks..

Well, six months later, Patrick is "offically" leaving and he is doing so on good terms...

Being the head moderator for a site as large as this one is no easy task and Patrick spent many hours helping to make this place a better one for all of us...

I know that the naysayers will continue to take cheap shots at Patrick or myself in order to divide us, but the real truth is that Patrick and I not only became working buddies during this time, but more importantly, we became "friends."

I know that this wasn't an easy decision for Pat to make...

I wish you the best...

Wow this is kind of a shock for me. I remember you Irish before you were a mod (I think)kicking butt in the hoops forums (and bailing me out more than a few times with picks).
