You can set up three screens simultaneously to watch 4,5&6, Amen Corner and featured groups where you can pick the golfers you want to follow and see every shot. Remember how Masters coverage was before ESPN and the Internet. Augusta would only permit Saturday and Sunday coverage and it was years before you could even watch a full round on Sunday. Imagine watching a golf tournament and never seeing the opening holes.
It was a bit ridiculous that the Masters wanted to be so exclusive that only the patrons could see the opening holes.

where did the Big Names go? couldnt even beat 63 yr old B Langer..?

Langer- 74
DJ- 74
Koepka 74
McIlroy- 76
DeChambeau- 76

lol

over the last two decades or so the winner has nearly always been inside the top 10 after day 1

big names that have won a major in the top 10 after day 1; Rose, Reed, Spieth, Lowry, Simpson

Augusta favors length, would be wild if Harman had a shot backnine Sunday

“Listen, I didn’t know where my game was going into this week,” Rose said. “I’ve been working hard. I could have played the last two tournaments, but I was really trying to prepare hard for this Masters.”

Matsuyama, ranked 25th in the world, is 0-for-31 in major championships as a professional and has not won anywhere in the world since 2017.“The greens were firm and fast,” he said. “It was very important to hit your second shot on the proper side of the pin, and I was able to do that. I felt very good about my round today.“It’s my 10th year (at the Masters), but I’ve never seen the greens so firm and fast. So, it was like a new course for me playing today, and I was fortunate to get it around well.”

“I think there’s still plenty of room in the game for a guy like me,” Harman said. “I don’t make any bones about not being able to carry it 300, but I don’t think you have to.”

some big names headed home-- Dj , Rory McIlroy. WOW. Can't recall Rory ever being this out of sorts. Struggles in the past were putter/wedge issues, he could always rely on that high drawing driver-- two way miss? wtf.

Kim lot his shit out there, did he snap the putter ? lasy 4 holes used his hybrid on the greens , lol

3 big names stick out for me on this leaderboard, golden opportunity with likes of Koekpa, Rory, DJ all kaput-- Thomas, Spieth , Finau. Spieth is flat out playing confident golf, and JT has the iron play for these demanding conditions. Does Finau have the mental fortitude to 'do it'?.....

-only one first-timer has ever won at Augusta (F Zoeller), Zalatoris trying to be number 2
-Champ has the game to maul the par 5's,of course, - frist 2 days he is -5 on the par 5's. At minimum, needs to repeat that on the weekend, imo
-DeChambeau 66-67 and he's wearing the green jacket/playoff? made a mess of the par 5's on day 1. he left strokes out there today, .....for sure its 'flag hunting Saturday'
-Lesihman has the right ball flight for this course, have a hard time seeing him win, dont see his short game holding
-Rose? think he'd take 70-70 on the weekend , does -11 under win?
