I hear ya. I have no desire to listen to him before or after a game, but somebody does. If not then they wouldn't be forcing these guys to do it.
The larger point I am making isn't whether the players should or shouldn't be forced to speak, rather that if they sign a contract worth (in most cases) millions of dollars, then live up to it. Don't pick and choose after the checks are being cashed which parts of the contract will be honored and which parts won't.
