def going to take the over....if west kentucky up 21 at half what u think second half line will be? and do you think it be best to get west kentucky right away or wait until public realizes a 24 point fav. is down 21 at half and chases them?

Marshall is closer to a big-time high school team than a real Div. 1 football team.

And the morons in charge are forcing a team of this caliber to be included in one New Year's Day bowl game!

Pitiful...... but fully expected.

UTSA has a better defense than Marshall and w kent out up 40+ on them for fun. Marshall goes down today. Be careful on the 2h over though, w kent has the ability to burn clock

People, use your head. Marshall is NOT going to a New Years Day Bowl game. Either Colorado State or Boise State will go. No one in their right mind is going to vote for a team that will allow who knows how many points to a Western Kentucky team at home. The same 6-5 Western Kentucky team that was held to 10 points by La. Tech. The "morons in charge" have forgotten more about football than you people ever knew. Get a life.

Say good-bye to that dream.

Hey Mr. Big pants......

I know Marshmellow is not going anywhere for New Year's Day. (unless some of them buy tickets)

I said "team of this caliber" meaning level of participation.... not their specific shortcomings.

Carry on!

as far as the over 2nd half goes, i would prefer this game tied or marshall leading......would mean no ability for west kentucky to bleed clock.

An undefeated team, with a prolific offense. Bowl committees love these teams.

They would rather have an entertaining, high scoring team over perhaps a bit better team that grinds it out. New Year's Day isn't about deciding championships anymore, its about entertainment. An undefeated, high octane offensive team will be in demand.

If Marshall stays undefeated, they will be playing on New Year's Day.
