Then you weren't paying attention. He tried to fire Scalabrine and ownership wouldnt let him, then another one of his assistants gets fired for recording private conversations. There was alot of dysfunction there, something had to be done.

Did anyone actually watch GS this year? he is just not a good coach, draws up shit plays, plays way down to comp and his rah rah shit doesn't work that he always displays on TV. Warriors underachieved big time this year and a couple of their key players regressed from last year. They should've been no worse than a 3 or 4 seed with that roster. Jackson is a terrible X's and O's guy, just a self-righteous arrogant loud mouth who caused too much drama. Warriors definitely made the right move firing him and will be much better without him.
