March Madness ATS Records: Each Seed’s Betting History Against the Spread
BETMGMThere wasn’t an 11-seed in the Final Four of the 2022 NCAA Tournament – after two 11-seeds had reached the national semifinals in the last three tournaments – but 11-seeds went 6-3 against the spread to continue recent dominance in March Madness betting.
Despite a sub-.500 ATS record from 2005-10 (17-19-1), 11-seeds have the best NCAA Tournament ATS record among all seeds since 2005. At 74-52-2, they’ve covered nearly 60 percent of spreads over the last 17 tournaments.
