Does anyone have any idea if this (change) they are making on Mar31st, will require a new download for Chrome. At first I thought it was just wording for Google as I see the Notice across the top of screen. But today, I get a Windows Microsoft Notice at the bottom of the main screen, without even being on the internet, That changes are coming to Chrome on March 31st. I hope there are no issues with the computer. Windows 10 has their own issues and I don't get WHY they would notify me about Chrome. Just "good guys," I guess. LOL
