AND TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST WITH YOU I HAVE EATEN MORE WATERMELON THAN THIS AT ONE SETTING.IN THE SUMMERTIME I GO THROUGH ABOUT 3 LARGE A WEEK. THE BEST THING YOU CAN EAT WHEN YOU ARE EXERCISING AND LOSING WEIGHT.
as i stated in the fat mans walking thread i lost close to 1oo lbs. during one summer of walking about 20 minutes a day and eating watermelon and grapes etc.and cutting out soft drinks and bread.
