He's been the steady ship for the Raiders "learn the new system on the fly" offense. He's the true MVP of the offense this year. Also the oline has been make shift all season. McDaniels in week 12 has finally settled in on his starting 5 guys. Anyhow, Jacob' also knows its his contract year since he wasn't extended his 5th year option.

FWIW, he said he wants clone his style behind Marshawn Lynch. and it shows. You can see how he ALWAYS finishes for extra 2-3yds on every run.

Very true where is Devante Adams.

The entire offense is learning on the fly. New systems McDaneils is installing. Carr and the rest are just not coming around to understanding it. Adams said this is the most complex offense he's ever been in. You can see it too all season. With exceptoin to the noshow vs. New Orleans, (27-0) they've been in every game by 7pts. Even tho the season's lost, i'm encouraged to see how they'll do the rest of the year.
